Refund Policy – Over View

Online Classes

Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you joined our online or offline classes , we can’t offer you a refund of your full amount.

To be eligible for a refund you should request before you cross your 15th day with us, and there will be a cancellation fee of AED 19 for each and every courses that we offers online.

Face-to-Face Classes [Offline]

In the case of our Face-to-Face classes the cancellation fee will be decided by the corresponding tutor.
